By signing up to become an affiliate you agree to the following terms.
Affiliate Program Terms.
- No Spam. You agree not to promote Desire Wellness products or content via email or text message to anyone that has not directly and expressly opt-ed in for your emails or text messages. This includes contact form spam. Violation will result in your affiliate account being terminated and all earned commissions forfeited.
- Affiliate Codes, Links and Cookies. Upon approval of your application, you’ll receive an affiliate link that is linked to a digital “cookie.” When used it will track all sales that originate from your promotional efforts (e.g., on your website, blog, social media accounts, and any other promotional or marketing channels that you use). Your Link will never expire, and the last affiliate’s link used will be credited for the sale. You are responsible to make sure that you use the correct Affiliate Link that we send you. Your compensation is explicitly and exclusively tied to your Affiliate Link, and you will only be compensated for sales associated with that Affiliate Link.
- Commissions. You will receive a commission in the amount of 20% of the total sale proceeds on each sale associated with your Affiliate Link. You will receive your earnings after the 30-day grace period. This grace period allows for all payments to clear and all credit card charge backs and refunds to be processed.
- Rules, Regulations and Laws. You must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations in promoting Desire Wellness programs. You also must comply with all rules, regulations, and policies of which we have made you aware of, either here, through our Affiliate Portal, or in any area of our Website.
