** Once you have been cleared by your physician to return to exercise, this program is a great way to reintroduce exercise postpartum. It’s also appropriate for preventing future pelvic floor dysfunction.
** Please note: If you are experiencing pelvic pain and/or your symptoms are worsening while doing these exercises, you may have pelvic floor muscle hypertonicity (overactivity). In this case, we encourage you to see a pelvic floor therapist one on one to work on pelvic floor muscle downtraining.
