Dr. Emily Sanchez completed her doctorate in 2007 from Loma Linda University.

Dr. Emily has always known the key to preserving and continually improving one’s life has to start with proper food consumption. She practices this daily with her 2 young growing boys. She has always known the importance of how proper nutrition and daily movement will prolong one’s life.

Dr. Emily has transitioned her career to promote health and wellness by becoming a certified health coach. As a doctoral trained physical therapist she understands the science and physiology of how our eating habits will immediately improve and prolong our lives.

How does the Personalized Weight Loss + Meals Program work?

The program includes a free 30 minute consultation to see if this program will work for you. The coaching is all done by video conference or phone call, whichever the client prefers, with a once a week set time for 30 min consultation. Once on the program, communication via text and email are also options.

Once the initial FREE consultation is completed, and the client participates, Dr. Emily will assist the client with analyzing their current food consumption schedule and help each client to personalize a program that fits them. The client will order food on a monthly basis from Optavia, and it is shipped directly to their home. Dr. Emily will assist the client with making sure they are completely set up with all food ordered and coach them to guarantee success.

This program also includes handouts, books and videos if needed beyond the personalized coaching.

How much does this program cost?

Dr. Emily's coaching is FREE! The cost for the food is about 400 dollars per month.

How do I obtain the meals?

The food is delivered directly to the door of the client. Dr. Emily sets them up to help the client succeed towards their goals. While on the program, the typical daily intake includes the supplemental food throughout the day, and the customer will prepare themselves a “lean & green” dinner.

Emily personally guides the client’s journey from start to finish, which includes transitioning to a daily food program that does not involve the supplemental food and transitioning to an appropriate whole food regimen to maintain the gains made.

How much time will the program take from start to finish?

The program is designed to help the client lose about 1-2 pounds per week, so it depends on the target weight loss path.

What kind of success have previous clients experienced?

Most clients lose 1-2 pounds per week, and the majority more especially in the first month.
